Warranty Policy
Radiiqs provides a 1-year quality warranty to all our products listed on the website (bulbs are not included).
Within 1 year, if there are any quality issues with the installed products, please send pictures and videos with your order number and the description of the issues to support@radiiq.com, our engineer will reply to you within 24 hours. (Notes: Installation must be done by a professional electrician; any issues caused by improper installation cannot be addressed with this warranty policy.).
If the issue is caused by the accessory that does not work, a free replacement will be sent by express. For other issues, such as circuit issues or any other complicate reasons, our engineer will help to figure out the problem, and help to figure out where the problem is, solving the problems with 1~2 business days.
Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.
After 1 year, the replacement is still free; you just need to pay the freight cost to send the replacement, and we will still provide technical support to help you solve issues you are having.
